Yes. We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us. We analyze this data for trends and statistics, and then we discard it. In spite of the abovementioned, your personal information given in the registration form is kept in our database for security and safety reasons.

E-mail or direct mail address lists for these marketing campaigns are compiled from information voluntarily provided by you and based upon information gathered from Movie Discovery. WE DO NOT SEND OR SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL E-MAIL (A.K.A. "SPAM"). We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Movie Discoverys’ services and products, such as service announcements, administrative messages, etc. that are considered part of your Movie Discoverys account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Generally, Your information will be used to market opportunities to you and to inform you of products or services available from Movie Discovery. We will not rent, sell or share any personal information we gather from the Site to third parties except as indicated below or to provide information regarding the products or services you have requested. We provide information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Movie Discovery under confidentiality agreements. Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, IP address, access times and company name to Clients under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to transfer information about you if Movie Discovery is acquired by another company (either in a stock sale or a sale of substantially all of Movie Discoverys’ assets) or merged with another company.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Movie Discoverys’ services are not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 18.
We reserve the right to use "cookies" for the purposes of facilitating an automatic log-in process for the Site. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Access to our database is limited to specified Movie Discoverys` employees and is carefully monitored.
In-session information collected during meeting, webinar and training sessions is protected by the use of end-to-end encryption and only accessible by the authorized users, organizers and participants. "In-session information" includes all screen sharing data, keyboard/mouse control data and text chat information.. Information about scheduled and prior meetings, webinars and/or trainings is stored on our website and is available to our customers and their authenticated users that have received an invitation from the organizer via email, instant message, phone or other communication method.
Because of our commitment to present the best possible product to all our users, we track the category of services selected by our individual users as well as all information pertaining to user satisfaction. To ensure the quality of our product, we reserve the right to maintain evaluation and feedback records.
Information that is collected by our products or by meeting, webinar and training organizers or administrators is considered confidential. We will not view Business Information except as necessary to appropriately support the service. (Business Information includes schedules, attendee lists, subject names, email addresses, names, chat logs, session records, and any other business information used while in session) When an attendee registers with one of our customers for an online meeting, webinar or training, that information is provided to the organizer of the session. Movie Discovery may store that information to fulfill our obligation to our customers, but we will not use the information to send marketing communications for Movie Discovery Online services or third party offers to attendees. You should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit while in session and utilizing the chat feature can be read, collected or used by the meeting organizer and other meeting participants. We will not view business information, except as necessary to appropriately support the service and for the purpose of anticipating, diagnosing, supporting or resolving any problems that might limit or disrupt the quality of our customers' service experience.
To maintain our quality of service and to assist in the analysis of product performance, we may also gather data on connection information, including the timing and size of all packets sent over the Internet during a session. The gathered information is used only to ensure the highest quality experience possible when using Movie Discovery e-delivery solutions.
Movie Discovery also collects certain standard information about your computer for security and identification purposes. This information may include: IP addresses, domain names, access times, cookies and other unique identifying information of machines that have our software downloaded and installed on them. This information is used for the operation of the service, to identify and protect our customers and to control unauthorized use or abuse of our services. All information is encrypted during transmission and is stored securely within our servers.
In addition to required member information, we may conduct surveys and ask users to volunteer demographic information to be used on an aggregate basis for internal market research, presentation to advertisers and joint research projects with outside companies involved in product development. We use such information to better focus our product and personalize the scope of services offered to each individual user.
We continuously improve our websites and utilize different web analytic tools to help us do so. We are interested in how visitors use our websites, what they like and dislike, and where they have problems. We also use web analytic tools on our mobile applications to help gather non-personally identifiable data about download and application usage. The web beacons used in connection with our web analytics services do not share any personally identifiable information about our website and application visitors with third parties. Our tools may gather data such as what browser a person uses, what operating systems are used, what is downloaded, and what content, products and services are reviewed when visiting or registering for services at one of our websites or mobile applications. This information is used solely to assist Movie Discovery in maintaining a more effective and useful website for our customers.
We track aggregate traffic patterns throughout our site but we do not correlate this information with personally identifiable data about individual users. We track domain names, browser types and etc. Such information will not be passed to third parties without your prior consent unless where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
We disclaim and you agree that we will not be liable to you for any damages caused by acts or events beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, fires, floods, acts of terrorism, wars, civil disturbances, sabotage, accidents, labor disputes, governmental actions, and failures or delays of transportation that result in our disclosure of your personally identifiable information.
